The company was founded by Mr. Sunil Deshpande along with Mr. Mahesh Pathak who joined as a partner. Engineers as a profession, they envisioned great potential in the market for cooling towers and were determined to enter and succeed in the cooling tower industry. Since establishment, we have worked extensively with a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. The company had a humble beginning from a small workshop in Thane, and with a strong conviction, it has rapidly expanded its business. The company has developed a production unit that spreads over 40,000 square feet in Murbad MIDC, and a corporate office in Wagle Estate in Thane.
The company got approval from many national and international renowned manufacturing companies and consultancies such as ThyssenKrupp, Uttam Energy, J.P Mukherji & Associates, VSI and others. Today, we have been catering to many renowned public sectors and private sector companies and maintaining long-term business relationships with them.

The towers are designed according to industry standards and specifications with quality-tested materials and components that withstand the various environmental conditions in which they operate. The installation of the cooling tower is done by highly experienced and qualified professionals, following all the instructions and detailing of relevant codes and government regulations. We test these towers after installation to ensure proper functioning as intended. We also conduct regular maintenance on the cooling towers to ensure optimum performance.
